- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NIPR, SIPR, Centrixs VTC, Integrated system 1. Integrated VTC system capable of conducting unclassified (NIPR), classified (SIPR), and coalition Centrixs- Korea, and Centrixs-Japan calls for conference room approximately 40' by 50' in size 2. 1080p30 resolution video with multiple HD source collaboration at full frame rates. Ability to connect up to four HD sources and 8 microphones directly to the codec 3. MultiSite: Five way embedded SIP/H.323 multipoint, Five way 720p30, three way and four way 1080p30 MultiSite, MultiSite; Support for Presentation (H.239/BFCP) from any participant at resolutions up to 1080p15, Individual layouts in MultiSite continuous presence Full individual audio and video transcoding, Individual layouts in multisite continuous presence, H.323, SIP, and voice over IP (VoIP) in the same conference 4. Resolution: Standards-compliant 1080p resolution, HD collaboration with resolutions up to WXGA at full frame rate 5. 1 rack unit (1RU) high, rack-mountable, with rack-mounting solution 6. One button to push (OBTP) to start a meeting 7. H.323/SIP up to 10 Mbps point-to-point Ability to connect up to four HD sources and 8 microphones directly to the codec 8. Sign are integrated to the VTC and will display the classification of the call. Installation, support, and warranty 1. Includes installation services, all supplies, and tools needed to complete installation of the VTC system and display. 2. Provide one year on parts warranty 3. Provide 24/7 warranty service support for one year after completion of installation. Extended service warranty 1. Provide four year of extended service warranty upon expiration of first year service warranty. 2. Troubleshooting must begin within four hours of notification. 3. Repair services must be completed within five business days unless replacement parts are unavailable. 4. Extended service warranty excludes equipment replacement costs.
