- SF 330 Part 2 SF330 Section F SF330 Section E SF330 Draft Statement of Work Attachment 1 Contract Past Performance Questionaire RFQ Western Federal Lands Division (WFLHD) of the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) anticipates awarding ONE (1) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for Architect-Engineer (A/E) Services. The contract will be for ARCHITECT AND ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/INSPECTION SUPPORT SERVICES to be performed primarily in the states of Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Washington, and Wyoming. Services may be required at other locations within Federal Lands Highway Divisions nationwide. The work will be for construction management/inspection services for selected highway and bridge construction projects awarded by the Western Federal Lands Highway Division (WFLHD). This procurement is being set aside for economically disadvantaged women-owned small business (EDWOSB) concerns. The TOTAL AMOUNT of services ordered shall not exceed $10,000,000 during the life of the contract with no individual task order to exceed $3,000,000. The government reserves the right to award a task order in excess of $3,000,000. Work will be defined on individual task orders and statements of work plus WFLHD policies and directives. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541330 (Engineering Services); the small business size standard is $15 million. A/E firms meeting the requirements described in this announcement are invited to SUBMIT A COMPLETED SF 330. You will additionally be required to have past performance evaluations completed by others. No other type of submittal is desired and will not be considered in the evaluation. This is NOT a request for proposal. A solicitation package is not available.
