Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, Honolulu, Hawaii, intends to issue solicitation RFQP06031500006, for the provision of various subsistence products to include dry, frozen and meat products. This solicitation is for the 4TH Quarter Subsistence of Fiscal Year 2015 and is 100% set-aside for small business. The orders will need to be delivered starting July l, 2015, and received in full by July 30, 2015, award is fill or kill. Deliveries will be made to the FDC Honolulu (Warehouse), 351 Elliott Street, Honolulu, Hawaii 96819. The contract type is firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right to award item by item, by group of items, or by aggregate, whichever is advantageous to the government. The Government will award to the responsible offerors(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the best overall value to the Government, in regards to price, delivery and past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about June 12, 2015, and will be posted to the General Service Administrations, Federal Business Opportunities website: 1. http://www.fbo.gov. This site provides all downloading instructions on how to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. Faith-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organization for contracts in which they are eligible. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation, amendments, will also be distributed solely through the reference website. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns and all responsible business sources are encouraged to submit a quote for consideration interested parties are responsible for monitoring this website to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information regarding this solicitation. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 19, 2015. The Government reserves the right to decide how payment will be made use either Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Government Purchase Card. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212-3, to complete all potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) www.sam.gov is a Federal Government owned and operated free web site that consolidates the capabilities in CCR/FedReg, ORCA, and EPLS. Future phases of SAM will add the capabilities of other systems used in Federal procurement and awards processes.
