Description

This is the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) (Attachment 4) This is the Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) (Attachment 3) This is the Scheduled GFP Listing (Attachment 1) This is the formal released solicitation. This is the formal solicitation notice for the MPN-25 and FPN-68 Radar Support requirement. Services provided include depot-level repair, maintenance, operator training, supply support, technical support, system engineering, and documentation management at contractor's facility as well as at deployed system locations, as specified by the government. The government intends to issue a sole-source contract with a combination of Firm-Fixed Priced, Cost Reimbursement and Cost Plus Fixed Fee CLINs to Exelis Inc. The planned period of performance is as follows: Base Period (13 Sep 15 - 12 Sep 16) Option Period 1 (13 Sep 16 - 12 Sep 17) Option Period 2 (13 Sep 17 - 12 Sep 18) Option Period 3 (13 Sep 18 - 12 Sep 19) Option Period 4 (13 Sep 19 - 12 Sep 20)
