SOW Professional Development Courses NOTE: Prospective offerors are specifically requested NOT to forward electronic line cards, capability statements, or other materials via electronic mail to the contact person above. Inquiries or questions should be forwarded by telephone to the number shown above. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. Department of Treasury, Bureau of the Fiscal Service (FS), has a requirement for a series of professional development classes to be held at it's facilities in Austin, TX as per the attached statement of work.
