Description

This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 5.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or about 30 June 2015. The solicitation number for this requirement is VA259-15-R-0393 and will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The SAO West, Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, NCO 19, 4100 E Mississippi Ave. Glendale, Colorado 80246, on behalf of the VA Eastern Colorado Health Care System, 1055 Clermont Street, Denver, CO 80220 has a requirement for the following services: Courier Services. This procurement is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business set aside. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal is technically acceptable and conforms to the solicitation. Only technically acceptable offers will be considered. The Government intends to evaluate offers and make award without discussions; however, this does not preclude the Government from having discussions if it is in the best interest of the Government. All interested parties must bid on all CLINS. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be on or about 20 July 2015 at 12:00:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Proposals from all qualified, capable and responsible sources will be considered. Quotes shall be submitted to Juanita Street, Juanita.Street@va.gov. Vendors offering a response to the solicitation should ensure registration in the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) www.sam.gov prior to submission of offers for consideration.
