Description

Statement of Work for The Lynx Mass Notification (Panic/Duress) System 1.0 Scope. 1.1 Objective. The objective of this statement of work is to acquire The Lynx Mass Notification System for VAMC, Northport as well as our affiliated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs). 1.2 Specifications. The configuration of the Lynx Mass Notification System must features one LYNXGUIDE Dell RAID 5 Server and come with 200 LYNX KEYPRO Licenses (PCs) and an additional 125 licenses to be included in the bill of materials. A total of 350 licenses are required, enabling LynxKeyPro keyboard alarms to operate logged in, logged off or locked on 350 PCs with the monthly test feature. It must also enable the use of the LynxMessenger "Popup" message on 350 PCs for group or broadcast notification The server must be expandable up to 5,000 LynxKeyPro licenses. 2.0 References. VA Handbook 0730 Appendix B. 3.0 Other requirements. Vendor must be an authorized Lynx dealer. 4.0 Background: VA Handbook 0730/B requires these minimum physical security measures at a functioning CBOC. 5.0 Performance Period: The contractor shall deliver the goods required under this SOW in _30__ calendar days or less from date of award, unless otherwise directed by the Contracting Officer (CO). 6.0 Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price.
