Description
This is a Sources Sought Notice announcement, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this notice. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS NOTICE. The Texas Army National Guard has an upcoming requirement for the services described below. It is anticipated that this requirement will result in a firm fixed price, single award IDIQ with a period of performance of 1 year with 3 option years. Requirement: OSHA Physicals for 300-500 personnel, across the state of Texas. Locations physicals will be required in: Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio. Additional locations physicals are preferred in: Waco, Corpus Christi, El Paso and Plano. Each location should be capable of providing all required services: - Annual Health/Wellness Exam (appx 350 personnel/year) - Audiogram (appx 20 personnel/year) - Respirator Evaluation (appx 140 personnel/year) - Lead Screening (appx 15 employees/year) - Chest X-Rays (no more than 25 personnel/year). It is preferred that the contractor has the ability to transmit examination results via email and is able to document examination results on TXARNG locally created forms. The purpose of this notice is to determine the interest level of various members of the Small and Large Business Community in providing these services. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 621399. The Small Business Size Standard is $7.5million dollars. All interested businesses must be registered through the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov to be eligible for award of Government contracts. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice or any follow up information requests. The Government is not obligated to, nor will it, pay for or reimburse any costs associated with responding to this sources sought notice. This notice does not restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach. The Government will in no way be bound to this information if any solicitation is issued. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract action based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested offerors should email Jeremy.v.magruder.mil@mail.mil, referencing this sources sought notice & that they would be interested in providing a proposal in response to a potential future solicitation, no later than 25 June 2015 at 5:00 P.M.
