- This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued. Interested parties may express interest and provide a capability statement no later than 1500 hrs, Arizona time, 19 June 2015. Responses should be addressed to wendy.s.alameda-clark.civ@mail.mil. All information received from this notice shall be used for planning and market research purposes only. The determination to refrain from competing this proposed contract action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for the preparation of any information submitted or use of such information. Acknowledgement of receipt of responses will not be made, nor will respondents be notified of the evaluation of the information received. Background: Contract provides Information Technology (IT) Support Services for the Regional Cyber Center-Europe (RCC-E), 5th Signal Command Theater (T). RCC-E Contract Personnel support to Joint Information Environment (JIE) include enterprise directory services, enterprise storage area networking, enterprise vulnerability scanning, enterprise boundary security services, enterprise disaster recovery and continuity of operations (backup) services, enterprise coalition network services, enterprise security information and event management services, enterprise network and system management services and enterprise database administration services. Scope: The Transport services provides onsite technical support and management of the installed ATM/SONET/DWDM network. The Contractor shall be familiar with the TM/SONET/DWDM network equipment and will manage and maintain the current levels of ATM/SONET/DWDM system availability, escalating problems to the appropriate RCC-E COR and/or vendor technical support group for assistance as necessary. The contractor will also provide consultation and guidance to the government for troubleshooting and general system operation. The anticipated period of performance is 18 July 2015 through 17 July 2016.
