NOTE: All responses to this IFB shall be mailed to Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, P.O. Box 3700, Loveland, CO 80539-3003, ATTN: Eileen Ray. Physical Address for hand carried bids: Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region, 5555 East Crossroads Boulevard, Loveland CO, 80538. The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a contractor to provide all the labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and other resources necessary to complete this project. The work requires the contractor to move a transformer from Hayden Substation to Curecanti Substation near Montrose, CO, in Montrose County. All work shall be completed within 270 days after Notice to Proceed. The estimated order of magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 237130; Size Standard is $36.5M. The solicitation including specifications and drawings will be issued electronically at this site on or about 01 July 2015 at the following site: https://www.fbo.gov/.
