- Description
- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because there is an unusual and compelling urgency and a delay in award would result in serious injury, financial or other, to the Government (FAR 6.302-2). See posted J&A for further information. The 131st Rescue Squadron (131 RQS) requires contracted support in the instruction of three (3) advanced military paracute courses: Advanced Military Freefall (AMF) Course, quote mark B quote mark Course (Basic Guardian Angel), and the Military Tandem and Tethered Bundle (MTTB) Course. Contracted support shall consist of civilian instructors, examiners, and riggers certified by the Air National Guard (ANG) Course Director for the MTTB, and ANG A/B/C Courses as well as the ANG Personnel Parachute Program Manager (PPPM). The dates of these courses are scheduled for 1 Jun through 26 June 2015.
