- DD254 HQ0034-15-T-0088 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Performance Work Statement #3 Performance Work Statement #1 Performance Work Statement #2 COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION APPLIED HISTORIAN SUPPORT SERVICES HQ0034-15-T-0088 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 1. The solicitation number is HQ0034-15-T-0088. This solicitation is a request for quotation (RFQ). 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-82. 3. This acquisition is a 100% set aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541720, "Research and Development in the Social Sciences and Humanities." The small business size standard is $20,500,000.00. 4. The Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), 1155 Defense Pentagon, Washington, DC 20301, intends to procure Applied Historian support services for the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) - Historical Office. The Government anticipates awarding up to three firm-fixed priced purchase orders for this requirement, with one 12-month base period and two 12-month option periods.
