- Description
- The subject solicitation is now active. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking proposals to provide construction services at the St. Mary's Falls Hydroelectric Power Plant. See the prior notice, above, for a general description of the project. See the attached Solicitation, Drawings, and Specification, for detailed technical requirements and for a complete description of proposal requirements. Note that this contract contains significant requirements for scheduling, sequencing, coordination, submittals, safety, and supervision. It is intended that a fixed-price construction contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible, cabable Offeror who submits the lowest-price proposal in conformance and compliance with all criteria and requirements identified in the solicitation. This solicitation is unrestricted. However, all offerors are required to submit information regarding proposed small business participation in the contract. Offerors who are not registered small businesses are required to submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan in accordance with the Solicitation and with the Federal Acquisition Regulation.
