Description

PRESOLICITATION NOTICE DESCRIPTION The VA has a requirement to provide Gastroenterology / Endoscopy Testing Services to the Memphis VA Medical Center (VAMC). Services are to be provided off-site at the contractor's facility as the Memphis VAMC is without sufficient space and staff to complete the average number of procedures required annually. Interested contractors shall be licensed physicians or healthcare providers in the state in which they propose to provide services, and shall be required to provide all services outlined in the Statement of Work. The Contractor shall be required to provide the physicians, the space, and the medications, etc. to perform the services outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Contractor's facility is to be located within a 40-mile radius of the area identified in the PWS where services are to be performed.
