- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth, intends to issue a solicitation for a contractor to provide instruction to the spouses of Brigade Commander and Brigade Sergeant Majors. The objective of the instruction shall be to develop and implement an accredited graduate level course preparing spouses to function as informal leaders within a brigade command environment, Instruct the course in support of CTSDP-BDE for up to 36 students, 10 times a year, and provide a certificate of completion. The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about June 29, 2015 through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website. A single award of a Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated and award will be made to the offeror who provides a quotation that best meets the Government's requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for award and proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance will be a 9 month base period and two option years. The anticipated full period of performance is period of September 15, 2015 to June 19, 2018. The set aside status is Unrestricted under NAICS Code 611310. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) through the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.acquisition.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Government-wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov/ and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Requests for printed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.
