- HSCGG1-15-B-PFA029 ISSUE DATE: 30 JUNE 2015 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal necessary to remove and replace the failed epoxy coating on the exterior concrete terrace of Yeaton Hall. Work will include the patching and repairing of the concrete slab surface, the removal and replacement of all joint sealants, and the installation of a new waterproofing and surfacing system. Additional work includes the removal and replacement of aluminum stair treads, concrete repairs to the stairs, re-pointing of the mortar joints and the replacement of damaged bricks at both the stair walls and the terrace masonry walls. The estimated cost range of this project is between $150,000.00 and $250,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 30 June 2015. The tentative date set for receipt of quotations is scheduled for 30 July 2015 at 2:00 pm. The applicable NAICS code is 238390 Other Building Finishing Contractors with a small business size standard of $15 Million. Estimated performance time is 8 weeks after issuance of Notice to Proceed with an anticipated 4 weeks of work on site. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 14 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
