- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SYNOPSIS: This notice serves as a pre-solicitation. The solicitation, W912DR-15-T-0087, will be issued for HVAC and is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238220 size standard of $14.0M. The project has an anticipated performance period of 365 days from date of award with one option period of 12 months. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described. Places of performance are as follows... 1. Annapolis, MD. 2. Bowie, MD. 3. Chantilly, VA. 4. College Park, MD. 5. Dover, DE- Dover Commons. 6. Easton, MD. 7. Hyattsville, MD. 8. Largo, MD. 9. Laurel, MD. 10. Leesburg, VA- The Village. 11. Manasas, VA. 12. Middletown, DE. 13. Newark, DE- Delaware Ave, MD. 14. Newark, DE- Elkton Drive, MD. 15. Prince Frederick, MD. 16. Waldorf, MD. 17. Warenton, VA. The contractor shall provide all Work to be performed by a certified Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Specialist licensed in the state of the award 4 times per year. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Andrei.Tobias@usace.army.mil No Later than Thursday, June 22, 2015 at 1:00pm EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Friday, June 15, 2015, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
