- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation replaces Solicitation W91QF5-15-R-0003 which was cancelled due to multiple technical issues with the requirement. Attached are the list of questions and answers which were arrived over from the previous solicitation.Any additional questions following this post must me be sent no later 14 June 2015 5:00 PM EST via email to donald.r.randles.civ@mail.mil. All responses must be in no later than 5:00PM EST June 19,2015.
