- Site Visit Registration Instructions Site visit registration instructions have been posted. Please see the associated attachment for specific instructions. NOTE: Update to Presolicitation_Notice_SPP_IDIQ attachment Release of Sensitive Security Information - Section E.2 has been updated and posted. The MS Excel spreadsheet with employee information MUST be emailed to both RFP.Access@tsa.dhs.gov and HSTS05SPP@tsa.dhs.gov. This notice is being issued pursuant to FAR 5.204 Presolicitation Notice. The Department of Homeland Security, Transportation Security Administration (TSA) intends to solicit industry to provide airport Security Screening Services. Services include comprehensive screening of passengers and personal property at airports participating in the Screening Partnership Program. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 561612. TSA anticipates making multiple awards under the intended Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation for Security Screening Services. Please see the attached pre-solicitation notice detailing the requirements for requesting access to SSI. Please monitor this site for pre-proposal site visits and the posting of the solicitation.
