- SYNOPSIS: This notice serves as a pre-solicitation. The solicitation, W912DR-15-T-0086, will be issued for HVAC and is a 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 238220 size standard of $14.0M. The project has an anticipated performance period of 365 days from date of award with one option period of 12 months. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described. Places of performance are as follows... 1. Altoona, PA 2. Bethlehem, PA 3. Belle Vernon, PA 4. Hazleton, PA 5. Pittsburgh, PA 6. Dowingtown, PA 7. Ephrata, PA 8. Gettysburg, PA 9. Meadville, PA 10. Philadelphia, PA 11. Selinsgrove, PA 12. State College, PA 13. Stroudsburg, PA 14. Wyomissing, PA The contractor shall provide all Work to be performed by a certified Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Specialist licensed in the state of the award 4 times per year. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Andrei.Tobias@usace.army.mil No Later than Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 11:00 am EST. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Monday, June 15, 2015, to all authenticated account holders at Federal Business Opportunities - FEDBIZOPPS - https://www.fbo.gov. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the FBO system to access package.
