- Questions and Answers for Solicitation FA4484-15-T-0025 Solicitation FA4484-15-T-0025 This is a notice that this requirement is a total set aside for a Small Business. Only quotes submitted by a Small Business will be accepted by the Government. Any quote that is submitted by a contractor that is not a Small Business will not be considered for award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is hereby issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Place of delivery is Air Mobility Command BWI, Baltimore Washington International Airport, Baltimore, MD 21108. Please note the following: 1. Solicitation FA4484-15-T-0018 for Maintenance of Avaya voice communications platform at Baltimore-Washington Airport is cancelled in its entirety and is replaced by solicitation FA4484-15-T-0025. The reason for the cancellation and reissue is the delay of responding to questions posed by potential offerors. Answers to questions posed for solicitation FA4484-15-T-0018 are attached. 2. This notice is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. 3. All items are to be proposed will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (See RFQ). 4. Quotes will be evaluated based upon the Addendum provided for Far Clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (See RFQ). 5. Period of Performance: CLIN 0001 Base Year: 1 Jul 2015 - 30 Jun 2016 CLIN 1001 Option Year 1: 1 Jul 2016 - 30 Jun 2017 CLIN 2001 Option Year 2: 1 Jul 2017 - 30 Jun 2018 CLIN 3001 Option Year 3: 1 Jul 2018 - 30 Jun 2019 CLIN 4001 Option Year 4: 1 Jul 2019 - 30 Jun 2020 6.
