- Solicitation File SP470215R0025. Includes SF 1449, Schedule of Supplies, PWS, Clauses, and Wage Determination. Responses to this solicitation must be e-mailed to Anthony Gerardi at anthony.gerardi@dla.mil by the closing date specified. Center Wide Taxi and Shuttle Service for the Defense Supply Center, Columbus, Ohio The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Contracting Services Office - Columbus (DCSO-C) intends to award a contract with a base year and up to two (2) one year options in support of this requirement. The contract period is anticipated to be a base year beginning on September 1, 2015 to 31 August 2016, and option years (if exercised) shall commence thereafter. The contract shall be invoiced on a monthly basis. Monthly services will be invoiced using fixed prices established in the contract. Special transportation requests may be priced on a supplemental agreement. Please see attached solicitation for complete details of the requirement SITE VISIT Offerors are invited to attend an organized site visit by reporting to: Defense Supply Center - Columbus 3990 E Broad Street, Building 308 Columbus, Ohio on 06/29/2015, at 10:00 AM EST. Call or e-mail Anthony Gerardi at 614-692-3851 (anthony.gerardi @dla.mil ) to be registered on the visitors list. Registration needs to be made no later than 11:00 AM on 06/26/2015, in order for the visitors to be entered into the Visitor Notification System. Contractors who fail to notify the POC stated above by this date will not be admitted to the site visit. There will only be one site visit. QUESTIONS & ANSWERS All questions shall be submitted to the POC listed above via email. Questions must be submitted no later than 7/10/2015 at 3:00 PM Eastern Time.
