Description
RFI Instructions The Missile Defense Agency is seeking information for potential sources to install and maintain an Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Automated Entry Control System (AECS) and Closed Circuit Television System (CCTV) for MDA facilities (encompassing over ~3M square feet of space). Locations include, but are not limited to: Redstone Arsenal, AL (5 Facilities); Fort Greely, AK, (2 Facilities); Anchorage, AK (1 Facility); National Capital Region (NCR) (2 Facilities); Naval Support Facility South Potomac, Dahlgren, VA (2 Facilities); Fort Belvoir, VA (2 Facilities); Kirtland Air Force Base, NM (1 Facility); and Vandenberg Air Force Base, CA (1 Facility). The integrated ACS, IDS, and CCTV Systems will support approximately 25,000 security records and ~3,400 associated IDS hardware components at the multiple MDA locations, as identified above. Potential sources must be able to install and maintain all related security components of the integrated IDS and ACS (including, but not limited to, Lenel OnGuard, Lenel DIAMOND II, Lenel Facility Commander, AMAG, and Hirsch Identive) and the CCTV System (including, but not limited to, VICON, Pelco) in support of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP), Communications Security (COMSEC) and Open Storage areas and/or facilities, up to and including Top Secret. Potential sources must be able to respond on-site to a system deficiency, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, depending on the criticality of the deficiency (criticality matrix will be provided prior to solicitation), within a maximum of 1 hour, with resolution within a maximum of 24 hours from notification.
