- The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than ufll and open competition for an existing lease for the Tranportation Security Administration that is expring in Escanaba, Michigan at the Delta County Airport. The Government requires 698 rentable/usable square feet of office space. The space must be contiguous and all services, supplies, utilities, partititioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.
