- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command-Fort Drum intends on procuring the service installing a Cab on a Caterpillar Compact Excavator on a sole source basis to Milton Cat. The Fort Drum Directorate of Public Works requires a factory certified enclosed cab on a 2015 Caterpillar Compact Excavator, which is FOPS (Falling Object Protection System) and TOPS (Tip Over Protection System). The service has to be performed by a certified Caterpillar dealer to ensure that the two (2) year full machine warranty is not voided. Interested parties may identify their interest in, and capability to respond to future requirements of this nature by submitting documentation indicating their capabilities and qualifications to the identified point of contact no later than 29 June 2015.
