Description
Sources Sought: This is not a request for quote or proposal. This is a Sources Sought announcement in order to determine Small Business participation in the acquisition. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement. The designated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools & Instruction, with a size standard of $11,000,000.00. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Drum intends to procure Logistics and Readiness Training Support Services (LRTSS) located at Fort Drum, NY under a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The LRTSS program will provide logistics expertise and logistics training to improve Soldier forces and capabilities in support of the National Security and Defense Strategies to sustain unit combat readiness. The LRTSS teams shall provide the following support: -Logistics and maintenance training -Enhanced unit logistics readiness -Property accountability focused training -Global Combat Support System - Army (GCSS-A) training and support -Provide management and technical support for deployment, reconstitution or reset, and routine logistics operations to all Fort Drum, New York (FDNY) units -Deployment or reconstitution and routine logistics process observations -Deployment, reconstitution, and routine logistics focused training development as well as recurring instruction -Army Logistics Information Systems (LIS) support and training -Command Discipline Programs (Maintenance, Supply, Food Service, and Deployment) advice and assistance for all Fort Drum New York (FDNY) units and 10th MTN Division units located at Fort Polk, LA (FPLA) Minimum QualificationsSubject Matter Experts (Contractor personnel) must possess five years of experience in the discipline they provide support. To include the following functional areas: The Army Maintenance Management System The Army Materiel Maintenance Policy Supply Policy Below the National Level Using Unit Supply Systems Physical Security Environmental Programs Proficiency in the following Logistics Information Systems: SAMS-E GCSS-ARMY PBUSE SARSS SASMOD TC-AIMS V-SAT Microsoft Office Knowledgeable in: Army Award for Maintenance Excellence. Army Oil Analysis Program Army Warranty Program Sample Data Collection Program Army Modification Program Army maintenance Floats Drivers Training Product quality deficiency and/or improvement reports Administrative storage of materiel Army tire retread program Tool improvement program National Maintenance Program Ground safety Notification System Army Corrosion Prevention and Control Program Army Battery Program Property Accountability Financial Liability Investigation Property Loss Inventory and inventory adjustments Requesting and receiving supplies Property responsibility OCIE Management of I, II, III, IIIP, IV, VIII Hazardous Materiel Stock Control Excess management Ammunition management Food service equipment management Medical equipment management Responses shall include the following: -Small Business status under NAICS Code 611699 -DUNS Number -CAGE Code - Proof of registration in System for Award Management (SAM) -Relevant past performance on same/similar work dating back to the last three years and the company's capability to do this type of work Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this sources sought inquiry articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.
