Description

T.O 42E1-1-1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA5205-15-Q-LM03; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-82, DPN 20150602, and AFAC 2015-0406. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 333517. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5180. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3542. CLIN 0001: Permaswage Kit - 2/EA Part Number DLTFRPSKT3009 Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. EVALUATION CRITERIA: Evaluation of offers will be completed in accordance with FAR 13.106-2. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and represents the best value to the Government, price being the only factor considered.
