The proposed solicitation (RFQ) will be issued in accordance with FAR Parts 8 and 15. The program evaluation of this initiative is associated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) CBT-I Training Program, which represents the largest CBT-I training and dissemination initiative in the United States. The period of performance for the resulting contract action will be for one (1) year (base year), with two (2) additional option years. The total estimated contract amount, including all options (3 years) shall not exceed $1,500,000.00. This resulting contract requirement is estimated for award on or before October 2015.
