- Attachment 8: Davis Bacon Wage Determination Attachment 7: Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 6: Technical Evaluation Sample Project Form Attachment 5: Price Schedule Attachment 4: GPP Attachment 3: Hazardous Waste Form Attachment 2: Specifications Addendum Attachment 1: Specifications FA2521-15-R-0008, Solicitation The 45th Contracting Squadron, Patrick AFB, FL announces the release of the solicitation for an IDIQ Painting Contract. The purpose of this acquisition is to provide all material, labor, equipment, and management necessary to repair, prepare and paint exterior and interior surfaces of various buildings and facilities at Patrick AFB and associated facilities over the next five years. The skills required include but are not limited to interior coating systems, exterior coating systems, high performance coating systems, and lead abatement with containment. In order to undertake these tasks the Contractor and all appointed subcontractors must have all the proper licenses and necessary certificates for the assorted task(s), as well as maintain an adequate amount of personnel to complete the task(s). The performance period is one base year and four one-year option years, with a guaranteed minimum of $25,000. In addition, the government may further extend the performance period for up to six months under FAR 52.217-8. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 238320. The standard size for this acquisition is $15M. The maximum contract value is approximately $4.9M. The minimum guarantee for the entire contract is $25,000. This solicitation will be a total Small Business Set-aside. Contract award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. *****NOTICE TO OFFERORS: FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICIATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATIONTO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS.*****
