- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation document is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). Submit written proposals for RFP number 15-OCIO-CIO-NAT-0296. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. (IV) This acquisition is set aside 100% for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 519190. The small business size standard is $27.5 million. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial services: 0001. Citrix Zen Desktop Platinum Edition Maintenance Renewal Period of Performance: Date of Award - 06/30/2016. 0002. Citrix Zen Desktop Platinum Edition Maintenance Renewal Period of Performance: 9/25/2015 - 6/30/2016. 0003. Citrix Zen Desktop Platinum Edition Maintenance Renewal Period of Performance: 9/25/2015 - 6/30/2016. 0004. Citrix Preferred Extended Support Period of Performance: 9/25/2015 - 6/30/2016. (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: Background. This purchase request is to renew maintenance of OCIO and OSHA's current Citrix Zen Desktop maintenance renewal subscription service. Currently the maintenance and support agreement for OCIO and OSHA will expire in June and September 2015. Continuous maintenance and support of OCIO and OSHA's deployed Citrix Zen desktop software licenses are required to support their business needs. Objectives The objective of this acquisition is to renew the annual Citrix Zen desktop subscription service as stated in the table below for a period of performance beginning from date of award and ending on 06/30/2016. Requirements 1.
