Description

This Sources Sought Notice is for planning purposes only. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System is looking for contractors to participate in our Hospital Beds Vendor Fair (Fair). Location:1515 Poydras St., New Orleans, LA 70112, Suite 560 A&B Date and Time:August 3, 2015, 12:00pm-5:30pm August 4, 2015, 7:30am-3:00pm Set-up Time:August 3, 2015, 8:00am-11:30am. A loading dock is available on the Perdido St. side of the building. Contractors must use the service elevator and cannot store anything in loading dock area. NAICS:339113 PSC:7195 PARTICIPATION GUIDANCE: ?2 bed maximum for each contractor to demonstrate. ?All distributor(s) for a manufacturer must share the space with the manufacturer and other distributors. ?A maximum of 4 staff members may be located at the manufacturer/distributor table. ?There is no Wi-Fi in this area. ?Power is available. Contractors must bring their own power strips, if required. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMISSION Interested parties must submit a participation request form (See Attachment A) and supporting documentation via email to roselyn.bailey@va.gov AND mariel.ponseti@va.gov no later than July 1st, 2015 3:00 pm CDT. Electronic files should be in Microsoft Word or PDF format. ALL INFORMATION SHOULD BE UNCLASSIFIED MATERIAL ONLY. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: 1.Participation Request Form 2.A synopsis of the company's capabilities to provide qualified contracting support personnel on company letterhead. 3.A synopsis of the company's ability to meet the 50% manufacturing rule. This requirement does not have a NMR waiver. 4.Mark company proprietary information as such. 5.Total number of pages for the response is limited to 10 one-sided 8 ½ x 11 pages with ½ inch margins and font no smaller than 12 point.
