- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Castle Rock Computing., Saratoga CA, for the procurement of four (4) Castle Rock SNMPc Enterprise Software Licenses (P/N S72-ENT), with six (6) additional options with a quantity of four (4) Castle Rock SNMPc Enterprise Software Licenses (P/N S72-ENT) each. The Government intends to procure the above item(s) under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
