Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is for AMSCO Preventative Maintenance that is listed below from CLIN 1-55, the solicitation number is VA247-15-Q-0773, and this solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFQ). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 811219 with a small business size standard of $20.5M. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set Aside, and only qualified offerors may submit proposals. Proposals shall be evaluated on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Shipping shall be by F.O.B. Destination. Vendors must honor quotes for 30 days from the closing date of this RFQ. Please complete the blanks in the Schedule/Specifications chart (above), and include any local part numbers.
