Description

REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) for Furnishing planned maintenance and emergency repair of Datex-Ohmeda brand "S/5 ADU" and "AS/3" anesthesia systems on-site at the St. Louis MO VA Medical Center, per the attached solicitation document that contains a Statement of Work (SOW), terms and conditions. 1)This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of commercial items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified acquisition procedures. 2)Detailed instructions for submitting a quotation are provided in section E.1. of the attached RFQ document. 3)Award will be Best Value to the government and will consider technical capabilities, past performance, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)/Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) status or subcontract use, and price.
