- THIS PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS ADVERTISED AS AN INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. As provided under FAR 6.302-1, this Project will be solicited on a noncompetitive basis as "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements". Project Description: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation), Davis Dam and Power Plant (Davis) and Parker Dam, CA (Parker) have a requirement for an all-inclusive service contract to service and maintain an Atlantium HOD Ultra-Violet (UV) Light system installed on Davis Dams D3 generator cooling water system and the five (5) UV Light systems installed at Parker Dam, used to control quagga mussel growth in critical plant coolers and heat exchangers. It is anticipated that a Purchase Order with options will be awarded on June 19, 2015 with an anticipated completion date of June 18, 2016. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price type. The contract award information will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website (FBO) at (www.fbo.gov). The Justification and Approval for using noncompetitive procedures will be posted after an award is made on www.fbo.gov. Questions may be submitted to Jessica Damian at jdamian@usbr.gov.
