Description

THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, HUMBOLDT/TOIYABE NATIONAL FOREST ELY RANGER DISTRICT OFFICE. SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED TODAY. The project consists of janitorial services for the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest Administrative Office located at 825 Avenue E, Ely, NV 89301 The Ely Ranger District Office is two buildings consisting of one level, totaling approximately1200 square feet The entire building is on one level with a carpeted breezeway that connects to another building (all part of the "building office space"), with a predominantly carpeted floor. There are two restrooms. The computer room is exempt from this contract unless specifically requested. Services are to be performed before the hours of 7:00 am or after 5:00 pm, unless otherwise directed. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Base Year contract time is from July 1, 2015 through May, 31 2016. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed four, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $18.0 Million.
