Description

Manufacturer Model Description Qty Red Gate P93U6M12 SQL Developer Bundle 1 NSWC Corona has been tasked with developing a CIRCUITS type system for the USMC - LUMENS. LUMENS will securely and effectively enable payment of the USMC utilities bills, allocate utilities and energy usage to all USMC tenants, and warehouse USMC utilities and energy data. In order to pay vendor utilities bills, LUMENS will be a financial tracking and management system connecting to other financial tracking and management systems such as: Defense Financial and Accounting Services (DFAS), Wide-Area Work-Flow (WAWF), Defense Working-Capital Accounting System (DWAS), etc. In accordance with DoD and DoN policy and Federal Law, LUMENS will integrate a touch-less utilities vendor payment and approval process that reduces errors, improves information and payment accuracy, and decreases late-payment (which leads to millions of dollars in USMC utilities billing late fees). This is a commercial item IAW FAR Part 13. No solicitation will be issued but responsible sources may submit inquiries for information to vernon.fowler@navy.mil or phone at 951-393-5966. This requirement will be awarded on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implemented by FAR Part 6.301-1(c).
