(Approx. 2700 Square Feet (SF)) to include HVAC system replacement, interior finishes, structural, plumbing, electrical, and communications. Fully designed project with drawings and specifications available upon request. Project location: Building 1792, NAS Fort Worth JRB, TX 76127 Magnitude of Construction: Between $1,000,000 and $3,000,000 Estimated construction time: Three hundred sixty five (365) days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed SITE VISIT: 24 JUN 2015 @1000. Closing date for proposals: 17 Jul 2015 at 11:00 AM Central Time In accordance with FAR 6.203 this acquisition is to be set-aside for Small Businesses. 100% Small Business Set-aside All inquires shall be via email only.
