- FAR Clauses DOL Wage Rate Enclosure 3 Enclosure 2 Enclosure 1 Solicitation Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6 and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The US Coast Guard Base Ketchikan has a requirement to set, maintain, and withdraw buoys (aids to navigation or ATON) for the 2015 navigation season to mark the entrance to Kotzebue, AK. The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to prepare, moor, maintain on station, remove, store for the winter, and turn over to the next contractor on or about April 1, 2016, Coast Guard furnished buoys in Kotzebue Sound in accordance with the specifications as outlined in the Statement of Work. The buoys will need to be set on July 1, 2015 or as soon thereafter as ice conditions permit and removed on September 20, 2015 or earlier if ice conditions require. DOL Wage Determination Number: 05-2017 (Rev.-19). The acquisition will be a 100% total small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 483211, Inland Water Freight Transportation. The size standard is 500 employees. This synopsis/solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b),and the resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order shall be awarded as a result of this synopsis/solicitation. Quotes may be submitted to Christine M.
