Description

The purpose of this amendment is to re-schedule the site-visit and extend the solicitation. The site-visit will be Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 10am EST at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. All interested vendors should provide written notification of the intent to attend the site visit. Please provide this information to Timothy Pighee no later than June 22, 2015 by 3pm EST via email to Timothy.Pighee@va.gov. All interested vendors need to meet at Building 104 at the Chiller Plant at 10am EST. The solicitation has been extended until June 30, 2015. All question pertaining to the solicitation must be submitted by 12pm EST June25. Send all questions electronically to Timothy.Pighee@va.gov. Only electronic offers will be accepted NO LATER THAN JUNE 30, 2015 by 1pm EST. Please submit all offers via email to Timothy.Pighee@va.gov.
