Attachment 7 - Proposed Task Order (Project # TYN 2052G) Bid Schedule-Quantity Only Attachment 6 - Proposed Task Order (Project # TYN 2025G) Scope of Work/Drawings Attachment 5 - General Financial Information Attachment 4 - Davis-Bacon Act, FL (1 Feb 15) Attachment 3 - Line Item Descriptions Attachment 2 - Bid Schedule Attachment 1 - Statement of Work/Specifications SF1442 - Airfield Civil Works IDIQ Solicitation This is the official synopsis for the Tyndall Air Force Base Airfield Civil Works IDIQ. This will be a single award, firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract. Which includes all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, management and other services (including engineering/technical design support) necessary for maintaining airfield paved areas. The work may include, but is not limited to grading of subgrade and base course ; resurfacing, full depth reconstruction, new full depth construction of bituminous concrete and portland cement concrete pavements; milling of bituminous concrete pavement; crack repair in bituminous concrete pavement; adjustment and/or modification of utility structures within and outside of pavements; painting new and/or removal of existing pavement markings; rubber removal from pavement; installation of new and/or repair of existing storm sewer systems that includes inlets, manholes, mitered end sections, and pipe; earthwork and vegetative stabilization on various real property facilities under this contract, including design and engineering services incidental to construction; removal of paint from airfield and base pavements; painting of stripes on airfield and base pavements. Painting of airfield pavements shall conform to the requirements of Air Force Instructions 32-1042, STANDARDS FOR MARKING AIRFIELDS. A ll work shall be accomplished in accordance with contract documents and most recent Federal and state regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction will apply to this acquisition. The size standard for this NAICS code is $36,500,000. The specific description of work will be identified in each individual task order. Performance and payment bonds will be required per individual delivery order in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 28. Scope includes work at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida. The magnitude of this project is IAW FAR 36.204(h) "More than $10M." The maximum cost for each individual task order will be $5,000,000. Period of Performance: is a twelve (12) month base period and four twelve (12) month option periods. All work shall be in strict compliance with the specification of the contract and the specifications for each individual task order. This will be solicited as a total Small Business set aside. The successful offeror will be selected using Sealed Bidding Procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14. It is anticipated the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 17 June 2015, on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) web page under the solicitation number FA4819-15-B-0001. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. It is anticipated that the following viewers will be needed to view the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or.exe). The government intends to hold a site visit for the initial project on or about 24 June 2015. The exact date and time will be identified in the solicitation. Anyone interested in attending the site visit must email your full name, and date of birth to brian.swanson.3@us.af.mil in order to be placed on the Entry Authorization list not later than 0900 five (5) days before the site visit. Potential offeros are limited to two (2) people per contractor. NOTE: All prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database in order to be eligible for award. For information on registration refer to SAM.gov. Registration may take up to three weeks to process.
