Description

This is a Source Sought Notice only. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quotes, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to identify potential offerors for market research purposes and to determine whether to set aside for small businesses. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey is specifically seeking businesses that can provide the following: Anti-Gravity Treadmill with Warranty Package inclusive of one pair of large shorts, five years warranty coverage, shipping and installation. In addition the Government is seeking the following: 2 EA - shorts, performance XS; 4 EA - shorts, performance small; 5 EA - shorts, performance medium; 5 EA - shorts, performance large; 5 EA - shorts, performance XL; and 2 EA - shorts, performance 2XL large. **The shorts must be compatible with the Anti-Gravity Treadmill unit. The anticipated contract type will be Firm Fixed Price with a 12- month base period. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 339920 with a size standard of 500 employees. The Government anticipants a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and the anticipated solicitation date is To Be Announced (TBA). IMPORTANT NOTICE: Interested sources should email Contract Specialist, Ryan Cunard at ryan.v.cunard.civ@mail.mil no later than 23 June 2015 11:00 AM (EDT) with a Capabilities Statement. Responses must include the following information: Name, Address, Phone, Fax, E-mail, DUNS number, CAGE Code of the firm, and Business size under NAICS 339920. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the information solicited.
