A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The U.S Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Hagerstown, MD. The U.S Government is interested in leasing approximately 11,525 rentable square feet and related space. Rentable space shall yield a minimum of 10,290 ANSI BOMA Office Area square feet available for use by the federal tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The Government is considering an alternative space solution if deemed economically advantageous. The Government will consider the, among other things the following list of factors when making the determination to relocate: availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
