Description

The purpose of this amendment is to delete paragraph 1.2.3 on page 10 of solicitation N69450-15-R-6224 which states: 1.2.3 Contractors who are not selected for award of a contract under this MACC may be chosen as an alternate contractor that can be added if one of the selected contractor graduates from the 8(a) program or is no longer small under the size standard corresponding to the NAICS code for this contract. If a selected contractor graduates from the 8(a) program or is no longer small under the size standard corresponding to the NAICS code for the requirement the option for that contractor will not be exercised. During the source selection process the determination will be made on which alternate contractors will be added to the contract if necessary. The contractor that will be added to the contract will be the next highest rated contractor evaluated by the MACC Source Selection Board.
