This notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS) Western Business Service Center (WBSC) is seeking a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for parking lot and farm road construction and repair at the USDA, ARS Parlier CA facility, in accordance with the attached scope of work. The Western Business Service Center (WBSC) is issuing this sources sought request as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to provide the supervision, labor, materials, plant, equipment, and supplies necessary to provide the aforementioned services for USDA, Agricultural Research Service. The result of this market research will contribute to determining whether there are adequate sources are available from which to receive competitive quotes. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code to be assigned to this procurement is 237310. Submission Instructions: Interested parties, who consider themselves qualified to provide the services as detailed are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by 4:00 PM (CT) June 22, 2015.
