Description

Amendment 0002 is hereby issued to incorporate the attached revised Scope of Work dated 6/18/2015, which adds Option 1 and 2. In support of these options, additional drawings have included. Additionally, the revised pricing form 1442 has been attached. Also included is the agenda, sign in sheet, and questions/answers/clarifications from the Pre-Proposal Conference held on June 5, 2015. These respective attachments can be found within Amendment 0002 - SF30. Please note that this amendment also extends the proposal due date to June 30, 2015 at 4:00PM CST.
