- This Sources Sought Notice is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation or commitment by the Government. This notice is intended strictly for market research. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to determine interest and capability of potential qualified businesses able to provide services under North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 541810 Advertising Agencies. The applicable small business size standard is $15.0M. Responses are to be submitted by email to pamela.jones23.civ@mail.mil. The information requested shall be received no later than 4:30PM EST on June 23, 2015. The United States Military Academy (USMA) West Point, NY is seeking a vendor capable of providing placement of a full page color print ad in the NSBE Magazine. This sources sought notice is not for creation of the advertisement. It is strictly for information on possible sources able to provide this service. Interested sources are requested to submit an email delineating qualification, capabilities, and experience providing these services. Sources must also demonstrate the capability to perform this service through the NSBE Magazine. Please include your business size with your submittal. This is not a Request for Proposal or an announcement of a solicitation and no solicitation package exists at this time. Your responses will be used solely for market research purposes for the Government. The Government will not pay for any materials provided in response to this notice and any submittals will not be returned to the sender.
