- HSCGG1-15-Q-PRV201 ISSUE DATE: 13 JULY 2015 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision and disposal required to replace the boat fueling system at the Galilee Boathouse located at U.S. Coast Guard Station Point Judith in Narragansett, Rhode Island. Base Bid work includes replacing the existing diesel fuel oil dispenser and piping to the existing diesel tank that shall remain in place. Provide all associated work that includes controls, leak detection, collecting and cleaning residual diesel fuel from existing dispenser and piping prior to disposal from the work site. Spill prevention control shall be in place during the work. The new automatic leak detection system shall have capability to monitor two tanks and two dispensers; one each for diesel and gasoline fuels. All work shall comply with NFPA 30 and 30A and State regulations. Optional Bid Item work includes all equipment, labor, materials, and supervision for installing a new gasoline fuel system, including a tank, dispenser, piping, and connections to leak detection installed under Basic Work, including all incidental related work. All work shall comply with NFPA 30 and 30A and State regulations. The estimated cost range of this project is between $100,000.00 and $150,000.00. Payment and Performance Bonds will be required. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 13 July 2015. The tentative date set for receipt of bids is scheduled for 12 August 2015 at 4:00 pm. The applicable NAICS code is 237120, Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction, with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5 Million. The overall performance period for this project is 100 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is issued pursuant to FAR Part 13 and is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns.
