- Description
- The Government intends to establish one (1) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Steam and Condensate requirements. Examples of the type of work may include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, for repair and maintenance of the Steam and Condensate/Chilled Water Distribution System to include; Direct Buried Piping, Piping in Trenches, Work in Mechanical Rooms, Work in Junction Boxes and Manholes, Site work, Water lines, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage, Electric & Communications, Mechanical Rooms, Temporary Heat, and Miscellaneous. These objectives shall be achieved through the implementation of Task Orders issued under the terms of the IDIQ contract for all of the herein described tasks or additional tasks described in specific Task Orders. A Post Award Conference Delivery Order will be included in the evaluation. The Period of Performance of this contract will be for five (5) years, with five separately priced periods covering each Government Fiscal Year (1 October - 30 September). Firm Fixed Price Task Orders will be issued against this contract. The anticipated release of this solicitation on FedBizOps is to be on or around 29 June 2015. A site visit at Hanscom AFB will be conducted on or around 8 July 2015. This solicitation is anticipated to be a small business set-aside under NAICS code 221330.
