Description

This notice is to advise industry of the Governments intent to issue a solicitation for local courier services for the Overton Brooks VA Medical Center located in Shreveport, LA. The contract scope shall include service to other VA facilities throughout the Shreveport-Bossier metro area. The anticipated NAICS code is 492110 -Courier and Express Delivery Services. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses. Any firm responding to the solicitation must be certified as having SDVOSB status prior to contract award. The Government anticipates release of the solicitation on or before June 26, 2015.
